Join your fellow members for a 4-day weekend on the historic Choptank River!
Location
Cambridge Yacht Club and Marina
Located on the Choptank river about 10 miles east of the Chesapeake Bay, Cambridge Yacht Club is a large, full-service marina with new docks, 50 amp power, cable TV, restaurant with gazebo and meeting facilities. The marina is located in Cambridge, Maryland on the south side of the Choptank River with a terrific view of the river north toward Oxford. Two Bed & Breakfast Inns are within a short walk of the club. In addition a Holiday Inn Express is about 2 miles away. Cambridge is a vibrant blend of old and new, from crabs and skipjacks to modern art and fine dining. The 325-year-old town is experiencing an exciting renaissance.

A warm welcome to the beautiful Cambridge Yacht Club on the Choptank River.
Arrival of boats and guests throughout the day

Steve McPherson of Sam’s Marine, Charles Smith President of Yacht Maintenance Co., Cambridge, Maryland and Jarrett Bay Yacht Sales will be with us throughout the rendezvous.
Friday, September 10

Seminar in the club room of the CYC by Yacht Maintenance Co.
Basics of maintaining, rebuilding and upgrading a Hatteras yacht
10:00 am
Bus loads at the CYC parking lot for ride to St. Michaels for shopping and optional tour of the Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum. Entrance fee included in ticket price
Lunch on your own at one of the excellent restaurants in St. Michaels
3:00 pm
Board bus at parking lot behind Main Street for ride back to CYC
Late afternoon shopping in Cambridge optional

Repair and Refurbishing Seminar facilitated by member Bill Houttekier
Topics to be covered include: replacement of weather board on wing doors, appliance replacement and galley remodel, generator replacement, refinishing interior teak and more.

Annual Club Meeting chaired by club president Harry Hamelink

Registration Information
Cost $125.00 per person
Includes: Welcome party with heavy hors d’ oeuvres, one lunch, dinner at Snappers Waterfront Café and Candlelight dinner at the CYC, bus to St. Michaels and admission to the Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum.
No Deposit Required for Boats
Please register as soon as possible. Reservations will be made by the 1510 Club Fleet Captain.
Dockage is $1.50 per foot + $10 per day for each 50 amp cord.
